Q: Do I need to bring my ID to events?
A: Yes. Most events are 21+ with valid government-issued ID required at entry. Always check the event details.
Q: What’s the dress code?
A: Each event may vary, but most require upscale casual or club attire. No athletic wear, hats, or flip-flops unless stated otherwise.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Doors usually open at the time listed on your ticket. Early arrival is recommended to avoid long lines.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: Some events allow door sales, but availability isn’t guaranteed. We recommend buying online to secure your spot.
Q: What’s the refund policy?
