Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: All sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. Credits may be issued at promoter discretion.
Q: Do tickets include VIP/table service?
A: General admission tickets are for entry only. VIP and tables must be purchased separately.
Q: I never received my ticket email—what do I do?
A: Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with the email you used at checkout.

Q: How do I book a table or section?
A: You can reserve online through our booking link, or message us directly for custom packages.
Q: What’s included with bottle service?
A: Each section includes a set number of bottles, mixers, and a private server. Packages vary by event.
Q: Can I upgrade my ticket to a section?
A: Yes, subject to availability. Contact us before the event to arrange an upgrade.

Q: How can I become an affiliate/curator/ambassador?
A: Fill out our partner signup form. We’ll provide your custom promo link and perks for every item sold (e.g. tickets, sections, tables, food, merch, digital media, etc).
Q: Do I need experience to advertise/promote/sell?
A: No experience needed—we’ll give you the tools, just bring the hustle.
