• 🚫 All deposits are non-refundable for any reason.

• 🔄 Deposits apply directly toward your total.

• ⏰ You must claim your section by 12:30 AM or your section may be released and resold, and your deposit is forfeited.

• 🔍 Deposits may require verification (security, identity, and payment review).

• 🎯 Placement will be in the same tier or next-best available tier if your exact section sells out.

• ⚠️ You may only be moved to a lower tier if deposit rules apply (late arrival, failed verification, incomplete or incorrect information).

1️⃣ Full Payments Take Priority Over Deposits
If another guest purchases the same section at full price, the full-payment guest takes priority — even if:

• Your deposit is already approved

• Your deposit was submitted earlier

• Your deposit is pending or completed

Full-price reservations always lock instantly and outrank deposit holds.

2️⃣ Standard Tier Reassignment
If your exact section is taken by a full-price purchase, you will be reassigned to:

• The same tier, or

• The next-best available tier closest to what you selected.
   

3️⃣ Lower Tier Placement (EVEN if your deposit is approved)
If the entire tier you selected sells out at full price, then:
⚠️ You may be placed in a lower tier — even if your deposit was already approved.
This ONLY happens when:

• Your chosen tier sells out from full-price purchases

• No sections remain in your tier or the tier above

• Full-price guests clear the inventory before your placement finalizes

Full-price buyers always take priority over deposit reservations.
💡 Suggestion:
To protect your exact tier and avoid being moved:

• Pay off your remaining balance ASAP

• Use digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Zelle) for the fastest approval and lock-in

• Avoid slower card verification processes
   

4️⃣ Your Deposit Still Applies Toward Your New Placement
Your deposit remains valid and applies toward your total regardless of:

• Tier reassignment

• Full sell-outs

• Movement to a different section within the venue
   

5️⃣ Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Deposits are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

• Section being purchased outright by another guest

• Tier being sold out

• Reassignment to another tier or section

• Guest or group changes

• Arrival time issues

• No-shows
   

6️⃣ Verification Requirements
Deposits may require additional verification, including:

• Security checks

• Identity validation

• Payment confirmation

• Fraud review

• Card authorization

Your section is not guaranteed until verification is fully completed.

7️⃣ Arrival Deadline
You must claim your section by 12:30 AM.
If you do not:

• The section may be released and resold

• Your deposit is forfeited
   

8️⃣ Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance must be:

• Paid at arrival, or

• Paid in advance if you choose to prepay

Your group cannot be seated until the balance is paid.
